- 3+ years' experience in insurance defense preferred.
- Proficiency in attending court hearings, arbitration, and mediations.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Ability to draft discovery and contractual agreements.
- Strong skills in drafting and responding to law and motion matters.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel.
- Trial experience is desired.
