We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal injury law, and exceptional track record in litigation, and they ability to manage and resolve cases through settlement or trial. As a Litigation Attorney at Amanda Demands Law Group, you will play a key role in advocating for our clients, representing them in court, and ensuring their cases progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court during all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, deposition, discovery, and trial.
Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including client meetings, drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements.
Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to prepare cases for trial.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
Provide clear and effective communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process.
Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends to provide the best possible counsel.

Qualifications:

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active Bar License in Florida.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, including trial experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to handle a heavy caseload and meet deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and legal research skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
