Position Description
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2-5 years experience in Civil Litigation. We are looking for someone to handle all aspects of litigation from intake up to trial. The ideal candidate will be an aggressive, self-starter who can work independently on assignments and maintain files and projects, making sure deadlines are met. Great opportunity for someone who can grow with a firm on a long term basis with the opportunity to contribute new ideas and procedures to the firm, and potentially be named partner.
Required Experience and Skills
- Over 2 years of civil litigation experience (preferably personal injury and/or employment law)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to network to bring in additional clients
- Spanish speaking is a plus
