We are a small insurance defense firm specializing in Construction Defect and Premises Liability. We are looking for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience - preferably in insurance defense. For the right applicant, this is an opportunity that big defense firms cannot offer.Among other things, the applicant will be required to prepare discovery, draft motions, write reports, attend hearings, take depositions, and assist at trial.
More than anything else, this job requires an attorney who is passionate, motivated, and highly conscientious about their work.
The starting salary will be based on the applicant's practical experience. However, the goal is that the right applicant will eventually become partner.
