An Insurance Law Firm, an international firm with eleven offices, has an immediate opening for a civil litigation attorney with 1 to 2 years of experience with discovery and depositions in the areas of professional negligence, transportation, products liability, or real estate-related litigation.A hybrid schedule is possible, but if the attorney is inexperienced, we prefer that they work in the office at least 4 days a week so that we can provide training. Applicants must be located in California, able to work in the San Jose office, and be actively licensed to practice law in the State of California.
