A Public Entity Law Firm, a preeminent California public entity defense firm, is seeking a full-time litigation associate with 0-5 years of litigation experience. For more than thirty-five years, the firm has represented public entities in high profile litigation matters ranging from employment disputes to civil rights to catastrophic personal injury cases. The position offers the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging matters for great clients, with tremendous opportunity for growth and responsibility. The position is flexible as to remote/hybrid. Some of our attorneys are in the office every day while others are entirely remote. We can tailor the arrangement to the candidate. However, applicants must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Bay Area in order to attend in-person proceedings and hearings.
