Responsibilities:

Manage litigation files.
Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support case strategies.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings across various areas of tort law.
Collaborate with legal staff to manage case files and maintain organized records.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.
Courtroom experience in motions and trials in both State and Federal Court.
