If you are looking for the independence to handle your own caseload with the support of an established firm and experienced litigators, we have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Attorney in our employment law department. We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney who will handle everything from case selection through trial and settlement.

Ideal candidates will have:

Minimum of 3 years of significant litigation experience
Admission to practice law in New Jersey is required
Interest in advocating for employees who are victims of discrimination and harassment at work
Ability to litigate matters in person in NJ
