A Dynamic International Law Firm, a nationally recognized law firm, is currently seeking an exceptional mid-level litigation associate to join our Tysons, VA office. Candidates should have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in private practice or government, experience managing written and e-discovery, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and handling depositions and hearings. We are seeking candidates with strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills who are eager to contribute to a dynamic litigation practice. Candidates must have a strong work ethic.Job Requirements:
- Must be in good standing with the Virginia Bar; admission to federal Virginia courts preferred.
- Must have 3+ years of civil litigation experience in private practice or government.
- Experience in labor and employment law is a plus.
- Must have experience with written and e-discovery, pleadings, legal memoranda, depositions, and hearings.
- Must have strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
