Description:
Associate with with 2 to 3 years of general commercial litigation
experience for dynamic, growing litigation team. The ideal candidate
will be creative thinker who takes initiative and is focused on solving
complex problems efficiently. A strong desire to take depositions, argue
motions or hearings, and try cases is preferred. Prior experience
before the NC Business Court is a plus. Candidates must have the ability
to work as a team member in a collaborative environment. Strong legal
research, writing and analytical skills are required. Must possess a
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of
the North Carolina State Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain
admission in North Carolina.
