Skills and Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in a timely and accurate manner with attention to detail
- Gathering evidence and developing strategies to in preparing cases for trial
- Researching various aspects of the case to support client's claims
- Staying informed on any current statutory and case laws
- Conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations, bench and jury trials
