Description:
The Los Angeles office is seeking a litigation associate with 5 - 7 years of experience handling commercial and business disputes to join our litigation department. Ideal candidates will have:- Experience with handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, in-court experience, and trial/arbitration preparation.
- Strong case management skills and analytical skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience with real estate litigation is a plus.
- Excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills.
- A high level of academic achievement.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $275,000 to $315,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
