A Leading Civil Litigation Firm, a pre-eminent mid-sized civil litigation firm, seeks an associate with 2-5 years' experience to join its Boston office. Our diverse areas of practice include the defense of professional (medical and legal) malpractice claims, construction litigation, commercial contract disputes, premises liability, and auto tort claims, as well as insurance coverage and consumer protection matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and develop litigation expertise working with experienced trial attorneys in a sophisticated and dynamic practice.
