Murphy & Riley, a mid-sized firm with offices in Boston, Quincy and Danvers, seeks a litigation associate with 3 years of experience. The firm's diverse areas of practice include the defense of professional (medical, social service and legal) malpractice claims, construction litigation, commercial contract disputes, premises liability and auto tort claims, as well as insurance coverage and consumer protection matters. Associates at Murphy & Riley have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from experienced trial attorneys in these practice areas. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment. Bar admission in Massachusetts is required; admission in Rhode Island or New Hampshire, a significant plus. Flexible hours and hybrid/remote work arrangements will be considered.
