Job Description:As a Litigation Associate, you will gain valuable experience practicing law, including meeting with clients, appearing in court, and attending depositions. You will be involved in all aspects of litigation and will manage a caseload of 10-15 cases. We will make a significant investment in you and will always work to help you meet your personal and professional goals because we understand the demands of balancing a legal career and personal life.
Our practice areas will appeal to those with an interest and desire to develop and shape the law in areas of criminal/police procedure, civil rights, and premises liability. We are best known for our representation of law enforcement.
Skills:
Ideal candidates are interested in research and writing, and/or trial presentation and preparation. Newly licensed attorneys will be considered for this role. Salaries for newly licensed attorneys are $85,000.00 and are adjusted upwards for those with additional experience and relevant skills.
