A Corporate & M&A Law Firm, one of New England's largest law firms with offices in ME, NH, MA, and Washington, D.C. is seeking an experienced Attorney to join the firm's dynamic and growing Litigation practice group. This hybrid position is based in our newly renovated headquarters in downtown Portland, ME, and offers an engaging roster of work in litigation on behalf of A Corporate & M&A Law Firm's regional and national clients.Associates in Preti's Litigation group enjoy a unique high level of client interaction, as well as responsibility and involvement in all aspects and levels of case work. We place a high value in cultivating talent and giving Associates early and frequent exposure to robust and challenging legal matters.
Education and Experience Required:
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- A judicial clerkship is preferred but not required.
- Strong research, writing and advocacy skills (written and verbal).
