Summary:
A Global Law Firm is looking to hire an Associate to join our Corporate group with a focus on Life Sciences transactional work. We will consider qualified candidates interested in working from any of our US offices. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of corporate transactional experience with a background in Life Sciences. Experience in contract drafting, including license agreements, collaboration agreements, supply agreements in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device space, is a must. This candidate will be working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in connection with their strategic licensing and transactional agreements. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills. This position is open to our Philadelphia office.

Education:

Bar Admission
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of corporate experience.
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
