We seek a talented and motivated Legal Counsel to join our legal team at A Computer Vision Tech Company in our Teaneck, NJ Headquarters. As Legal Counsel, you will report to the General Counsel and play a critical role in overseeing the legal aspects of our business globally. You will provide comprehensive legal support to various departments within the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, mitigating risks, and facilitating strategic business initiatives.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:
  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts with different parties, including customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and operations, to provide legal support and guidance.
  • Assist with corporate governance matters, including board and shareholders meetings, and compliance issues.
  • Stay current on relevant legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential impacts on the company.
  • Manage external legal counsels and coordinate with them on specialized legal matters.
  • Support the company financing efforts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
  • Handle any litigation or dispute resolution as needed.
