Description:Provides Legal Counsel and advice to the Corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with Federal, State And Local Laws.
Essential Functions:
- Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:
Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA). Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in local country.
Minimum Experience:
- Four to Six (4-6) years' experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization.
- Superior academic record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Accuracy and attention to detail; influencing & persuasion skills; analytical skills; problem solving skills.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.
- Language proficiency in English.
Additional Details:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience collaborating with management and international in-house legal teams. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, revising legal documents, conducting legal research, assisting with compliance.
