Provides Legal Counsel and advice to the Corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with Federal, State And Local Laws.

Essential Functions:
  • Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:
Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA). Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in local country.

Minimum Experience:
Four to Six (4-6) years' experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization.

Superior academic record.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Accuracy and attention to detail; influencing & persuasion skills; analytical skills; problem solving skills.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.
  • Language proficiency in English.

Additional Details:
Dual admission with a J.D. in both a U.S. and LATAM jurisdiction, or licensed to practice in Puerto Rico or Louisiana. Full professional proficiency in Spanish & English. Experience in LAC operations at a multinational company. Based in Miami, FL, or P.R.
