Description:
Holland & Knight's New York office has an immediate opening for a skilled leasing attorney/counsel with at least 5+ years of experience, preferably at a large firm. The ideal candidate will have significant sophisticated retail and office leasing experience. All applicants must demonstrate excellence in writing, legal analysis, and negotiation skills. We seek candidates with a solid academic background, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. EOE. M/F/D/V.In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York City, Colorado, and California is $345,000 min - $370,000 max/yr. This range is specific to these three locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
