Description:
Senate Budget Committee Democratic staff seek a law clerk for the summer. Applicants should be current law school students. The clerk will support the committee's counsel shop with legislative research, drafting memoranda, assisting with committee hearings research and logistics, and committee oversight work. This role will also require administrative duties as assigned. The committee can structure this clerkship to accommodate school credit or fellowship requirements, but the role is in-person and paid.
