Experience : The applicant must have a strong working knowledge of, and ability to teach Constitutional Law in Commercial Litigation.

Duties/Expectations : The position will teach a course on Constitutional Law in Commercial Litigation. The topics covered in the class may include:

Topics may include a broad range of constitutional and commercial litigation, such as city, county, and state ordinances, free speech and commercial speech cases, religious freedom cases, Second Amendment cases, and due process and equal protection claims.

The adjunct faculty member will not be asked to attend department meetings. She or he will be expected to spend some time outside of class to address questions related to the class.
