A Full-Service Firm of More Than 800 Lawyers has an immediate opening for a highly motivated mid-level associate to join its dynamic and growing Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group to support its workplace class action practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of substantive experience and a focus on complex employment litigation, particularly in defending wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits. The successful candidate will have meaningful experience conducting witness interviews as well as taking and defending depositions. Trial experience is advantageous. Experience counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting clients with employment training programs is a plus. Superior academic and writing credentials. Flexibility as to office location: Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore, Washington, D.C. or Wilmington offices. Bar admission required in jurisdiction of practice. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
