The Labor & Employment practice group is looking to hire an experienced mid- level (4th to 6th year) associate to join our Los Angeles office. The candidate must have three or more years of experience in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions. Candidate must also be familiar with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery.

The successful candidate must have excellent writing analytical skills, experience handling multiple cases, and be able to serve as point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff and serving as client contact. Candidate must have demonstrated project management skills and be able to take a case and run with it. Deposition and/or courtroom experience required; employment advice and counseling experience desired. Candidate should possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and be licensed to practice in California.
