Our Seattle office has an opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate to join the firm's employment litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for associates who are proactive and passionate about their practice who are seeking to assume a significant role in litigation, including extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Our associates have multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must possess 3 or more years of employment litigation and/or employment law counseling experience, class action experience is a plus.
- We expect this attorney to provide excellent written and analytical work and to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.
- Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class).
