We are currently recruiting for an outstanding associate with 3-4 years of litigation experience, including single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law. Our L&E practice group prides itself on employing attorneys who can take ownership of matters, with experience in all stages of litigation. Candidates with strong experience in other areas of general commercial and civil litigation with an interest in transitioning into employment are also encouraged to directly apply.
The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas:
- Strong litigation skills
- Mediation and arbitration
- Trial experience is ideal
- Taking and defending depositions
- Researching, writing and arguing motions
- Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis
- Ability to take ownership of cases with minimal oversight

The annual salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000.
