Our team in Orange County continues to outperform and as a result continues to grow. We are currently recruiting for an outstanding associate with 3-4 years of employment litigation experience, including class and single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law. Our L&E practice group prides itself on employing attorneys who can take ownership of matters, with experience in all stages of litigation.
The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas:
- Strong litigation experience
- Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis
- Preparing deposition outlines
- Researching, writing, and arguing motions
- Participation of trial teams
- Self-starter who requires minimal oversight
