Description:
Seeking an alternative track associate with law firm or government
agency experience to join our labor and employment practice. The
successful applicant must have state and federal Equal Employment
Opportunity (EEO) agency experience and a background in employment law,
focus on drafting agency position statements and supporting the related
investigations of claims and mediations facilitated by agencies, support
marketing efforts, including but not limited to, law flashes, pitches
and white papers, have prior human resources experience (preferred but
not required). Active Pennsylvania Bar membership is required. This is a
non-partnership track position.
