Viable candidates should have experience or demonstrated interest in all manner of litigation. Qualifications:

Admitted in New York state court and federal courts in New York.
Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery and motions, and in assisting in trials and arbitrations.
2 to 4 years of experience is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent research and writing skills, including proficiency in technological sources of research and all components of electronic discovery.
Ability to develop case strategy and case management.
