Description:
Who are we?Intellectual Property Attorneys is one of the premier intellectual-property boutique law firms in the Pacific Northwest. Our attorneys include esteemed professors, former USPTO patent examiners, former federal court clerks, and former trial attorneys at the U.S. Department of Justice. Our culture and virtual structure, however, are what sets us apart. We value freedom and cultivate an environment that supports your growth through mentorship and opportunity unavailable at bigger firms.
What do we offer?
The clients that gravitate to us are ambitious, organized, and appreciate the value that we bring to the table. Our overhead structure provides us with significant economic freedom to provide a high benefit to cost ratio for our clients while maintaining profitability. As a result, we have lifelong relationships with our clients. We represent clients across a wide variety of industries, but they each have one thing in common: They are leaders in their respective fields. Accordingly, we handle exciting and interesting litigation that is often featured in the regional and national news. Our IP prosecution and counseling is equally valuable, setting our clients up for long-term success. We therefore seek an IP attorney to join our team to help us continue growth of our successful support of our excellent clients.
At BR, you will have the uncommon opportunity to not only support litigation but also to engage in IP prosecution, procurement, and counseling. We will help you develop and grow your own book of business that includes IP prosecution/procurement, which will sprout your own litigation matters. The attorneys with whom you will work have tremendous experience in both litigation and prosecution/procurement and will share with you the strategies that worked for us. Our attorneys will provide you with guidance and access to our firm's deep knowledge to facilitate you not only providing great value to your clients but also growing into a highly respected, independent, and successful attorney in the field.
If you are a patent or trademark prosecutor who is unfamiliar with litigation, we will teach you. If you are a patent prosecutor who is unfamiliar with trademarks, we will teach you. If you have ambition and a desire to learn, you will succeed at BR.
