Our Business Litigation group handles a variety of matters for a diverse group of clients, and has extensive experience in counseling and representing clients in corporate and securities litigation and complex contract disputes; disputes between buyers and sellers of goods and services; real estate construction disputes; environmental litigation; employment litigation, including non-competes and trade secrets; intellectual property protection; data breach disputes; products liability disputes; and insurance recovery litigation.

The ideal candidate has zero to two years of litigation experience, and preferably clerkship experience. Candidates with no law firm experience and coming out of a judicial clerkship will be considered. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit the following skills and characteristics:
