Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estate planning documents.
  • Draft probate pleadings and legal correspondence.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Maintain organized records of all case-related documents and communications.
  • Court Appearance for probate and trust matters.

Experience:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar is preferred or pending admission is acceptable.
  • Experience or coursework in Wills, Trusts, and Probate Administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong legal writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to client service and teamwork.
