Responsibilities:
- Prepare estate planning documents.
- Draft probate pleadings and legal correspondence.
- Participate in client meetings to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Maintain organized records of all case-related documents and communications.
- Court Appearance for probate and trust matters.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar is preferred or pending admission is acceptable.
- Experience or coursework in Wills, Trusts, and Probate Administration is highly desirable.
- Strong legal writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to client service and teamwork.
