A Government Entity is seeking the right candidate to serve in the management level position of Judicial Staff Attorney. This position serves to provide legal research, writing, and assistance to a future Kootenai County District Court Judge.Public Employees Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI), a pension plan with five year vesting, 11.18 % employer contribution, and a lifetime payout upon retirement
- You have experience conducting extensive legal research and preparing research memoranda
- Enjoy supervising law students serving in externships and/or internships
- Enjoy the courtroom atmosphere, attending hearings, and taking notes when necessary
- You have experience communicating and presenting recommendations clearly and logically
Do You Qualify?
- Do you have a Bachelor's degree?
- Do you have Juris Doctorate degree?
- Do you have admission to practice law in any jurisdiction of the United States, and a member in good standing with the state Bar in that jurisdiction.
