A White-Shoe International Law Firm is seeking a mid-level patent litigation associate to join theIntellectual Property & Technology Practice Group in our Chicago, New York,San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC offices.

TheIntellectual Property & Technology Practice Group is made up ofapproximately 100 attorneys who advise clients along the life cycle of theirmost important assets—spanning patents, copyrights, trademarks, rights ofpublicity, trade secrets, and related issues. Our Patent Litigation teamcombines proven trial and appellate experience, strategic approaches, andtechnological knowledge to enforce and defend our clients' patent rights, incutting edge areas of technology. Attorneys work on matters for clients such asSamsung, Adobe, Boston Scientific Corporation, Charter, Crocs, Google, Tesla,and Nike.

Idealapplicants for these positions would have a minimum of three years ofexperience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITCproceedings as well as a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Applicants with some degree offamiliarity with source code are preferred. All applicants should haveexcellent academic credentials and references.

Applicantsmust currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, topractice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.

The salary range for this position in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC is $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
