Nationwide Attorneys is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position is open to all our firm offices, with a preference for San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or Washington, D.C. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of intellectual property litigation experience, with Federal Circuit experience being a plus. Nationwide Attorneys is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice. The ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively is required.
