We are looking for an Investment Funds mid-level Associate with stellar academic credentials and private fund formation experience. Preferred experience includes private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, hybrid, and evergreen funds. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with top-tier legal professionals on some of the most complex and high-profile fund launches in the industry ranging from institutional to emerging managers. Associates should have a foundational understanding of the U.S. regulatory regime governing private funds and more senior associates should have negotiation experience. Experience with seed deals and investor-side representation, especially investor-side experience representing sovereign wealth funds, is beneficial but not required.You will be part of a dynamic, growth-oriented team, working on cutting-edge fund launches and gaining valuable exposure to sophisticated clients. This position is required to be available to work in person. All employees are required to comply with the firm's employment policies. The base salary range for this position in New York City is $260,000 - $390,000. Additional information about benefits and rewards can be found here.
