Description:
Our International Trade group seeks an associate with three to five
years of experience to support our work advising clients on
international trade-related issues for corporate, investment funds and
financial restructuring transactions. Experience in conducting
international trade due diligence and negotiating international trade
related provisions in M&A and finance transactions is required.
Experience in advising clients on sanctions, export controls, trade
remedies, customs, anti-boycott, anti-corruption laws and/or anti-money
laundering laws is preferred. Candidate must exhibit An International Law Firm's core values:

required, and private sector and/or government experience preferred. The
selected candidate will work as part of a close-knit team, while
regularly engaging with attorneys across An International Law Firm's renowned International
Trade group (including our London team) to analyze International Trade
issues in the context of various types of transactions, as well as
engaging with attorneys across the corporate, investment funds and
financial restructuring practices on these transactions. Candidates must
have strong academic credentials, and excellent writing, analytical,
and communication skills.
