Blank Rome LLP has an opening for an IP Litigation Associate with at least 5-7 years of experience to support the firm's growing patent litigation practice. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering. Prior patent litigation experience is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in their respective state. Patent Bar admission is a plus, but not necessary. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions at this time.

The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $330,000 - $375,000. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
