Description:

Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a partnership-track associate to join the Insurance practice group in our Chicago, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. office.

Our ideal candidate will possess four-six years of legal experience working on transactional matters in the insurance industry. We are seeking candidates with the capacity to manage multiple assignments concurrently and the proven ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision. Candidates must also have excellent writing and analytical skills.

Faegre Drinker's Insurance group works with some of the nation's largest insurance industry clients in their most important corporate and strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, reinsurance, conversions, demutualization and other restructuring transactions, as well as the regulatory overlays that accompany such matters. Our insurance associates work directly with our clients, engage meaningfully with insurance industry groups, and join business development opportunities in the early stages of their career.

The salary range for this position in our New York and Denver offices is $235,00 – $305,000.

Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training, experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. The range listed is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
