Description:
The San Francisco office has an immediate need for an Insurance Recovery associate with at least 2-4 years of experience of insurance coverage litigation and claims. Ideally, candidates will have experience representing policyholders in coverage disputes arising under a mix of insurance policies, including Cyber, General Liability and Directors & Officers. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a growing and thriving litigation group are required. Deposition, hearing and trial experience preferred.
