We are currently seeking an experienced Coverage attorney to join our Litigation team in our Philadelphia office. Ideal candidates will have two or more years of insurance coverage litigation or other relevant experience and must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.What We're Looking For:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
