Description:
An International Commercial Law Firm, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked global firm is seeking Associates with 1-3 years' insurance coverage litigation experience to join its Miami team.Candidates must be licensed in Florida with at least 1 year of insurance coverage experience. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities. Top candidates will have practical case management experience in both state and federal courts, including: drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances.

Required Experience:
- At least 1 years of insurance coverage experience
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Experience in first or third-party insurance coverage matters and insurance coverage litigation.
- Practical case management experience in federal court is preferred
