We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated In-House Counsel Attorney to support our ongoing casework, firm operations, and client matters across multiple practice areas.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented In-House Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to the firm and its clients. This role requires strong legal judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload with urgency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel on matters involving contracts, compliance, employment issues, and operational risk
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, contracts, letters, and agreements
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and written opinions
  • Support litigation preparation, discovery, case management, and trial readiness
  • Assist firm leadership with corporate governance, internal policies, and compliance requirements
  • Manage sensitive and time-critical legal matters with discretion and accuracy
  • Communicate with clients, regulators, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
  • Support the development of legal processes, templates, and workflow improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona (active and in good standing)
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Minimum 3–7 years of legal experience (law firm, corporate counsel, or mixed background)
  • Strong background in contracts, compliance, business law, and general legal practice
  • Exceptional legal writing, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines, shifting priorities, and urgent matters
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with small firm or multi-practice law firm environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
