We are looking for an Immigration Staff Attorney to join our team!Background:
We are a private law firm that provides pro-bono legal representation to unaccompanied minors. An Immigration Attorney seeks a full-time Staff Attorney to help represent unaccompanied minors which includes giving them Know Your Rights Presentations, Legal Determination and filing for immigration relief with Immigration Court, USCIS and state court.

Qualifications:
- J.D. and active membership in California State Bar or awaiting bar results. (California state bar preferred);
- Experience (including internships) in the legal setting (preferably in immigration);
- Experience assisting immigrant, and vulnerable client;
- Experience appearing in immigration court preferred;
- Excellent legal writing, speaking, and organizational skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients;
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred.
- Availability and willingness to regularly travel within the counties.
