Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, green card processes, employment-based immigration, and more.
- Assess and strategize immigration cases, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with relevant government agencies.
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and hearings when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in the California State Bar.
- Extensive experience as an Immigration Attorney, with a minimum of 5 years of practice in immigration law.
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and regulations, particularly in the California context.
