Description:
Well-established boutique immigration and nationality law firm focused on family, humanitarian, and deportation defense cases seeks motivated attorney oror bar candidate with interest in and knowledge of U.S. immigration law and practice. Experience in any of the following is a positive equity:
- adjustment of status
- naturalization
- asylum, withholding and CAT relief
- waivers
- Immigration Court
- BIA
- VAWA
- TPS
- U and T visas
Foreign language ability a plus, but not a requirement.
Work schedule may have some flexibility, but the work needs to be finished in a timely manner. This is an on-site, in-person job, in beautiful Hallandale Beach, Florida.
Willing to train in any of the above areas.
