  • Provide consultations with potential clients
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
  • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Organize and maintain case files and documents.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions.
  • Attend immigration court hearings.
  • File applications, RFE's, etc. with USCIS.

  • Authorized to practice law in NC or other recognized jurisdiction.
  • 3 years or more of experience in immigration law.
  • Experience in Removal Defense and USCIS filings.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration procedures and legal terminology.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with court filing procedures and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
