Clark Hill is seeking an Immigration associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. This attorney will (i) represent clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court; (ii) litigate immigration matters in federal court; (iii) represent clients in family-based immigration, naturalization, waiver, and other proceedings before USCIS; and (iv) represent clients in consular processing and other immigration proceedings. Qualified candidates will have experience in removal defense, criminal-immigration matters, and federal court litigation. Candidates should possess strong advocacy, research, and writing skills; a high-level attention to detail; and strong academic credentials. Successful candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of California.The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
