We are looking for an experienced healthcare attorney interested in a rewarding, remote, part-time professional opportunity with our AV-rated boutique health law firm based in Georgia. This position provides a unique opportunity for a quality health law attorney capable of autonomously handling full responsibility for direct handling of client matters involving transactional, corporate, contract, employment and compliance work in a health law context, typically for medical practices, physicians, med spas and other healthcare related businesses. The may will involve, for example, corporate practice of medicine issues, management services agreements, and unique health care transaction issues. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term relationship and be a self-starter, highly motivated, and with relevant health law experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills and, above all, the ability to make our clients happy with exceptional customer service. Preference for Georgia license or willingness to obtain a Georgia license. Salary Negotiable.
