An Anglo-Dutch Multinational Professional Services Network Company is currently seeking a Head of Investigations to join our Legal, Regulatory & Compliance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team with the requisite subject matter expertise to implement and operationalize the investigations program to ensure it upholds the firm's values and expectations for an ethical culture
  • Conduct and oversee effective and efficient investigations and oversee all aspects of the firm's investigative activities and investigation process, lead a team of investigators, conduct training and develop and implement investigation policies and procedures
  • Coordinate across multiple functions to ensure consistent investigations protocols that adhere to evolving industry standards
  • Evolve and continuously improve the investigations program by leading strategically and regularly reviewing the program to identify gaps or areas of improvement

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of recent experience, in well-regarded law firm(s), government agencies, or in-house legal department; experience with internal investigations involving accounting firms, similar professional organizations or financial institutions a plus
  • JD or LLM from an accredited law school, and licensed to practice law in the U.S., including in the state in which his/her office is located
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with consistently high-quality deliverables and results; strategic thinking in sensitive and complex situations and the highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility and character
  • Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interpret data, synthesize and communicate data driven conclusions
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, including building strong business partnerships and working within cross-functional teams; client-service orientation with the ability to create effective working relationships cross-functionally
