The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about combining your government contracts compliance expertise with big picture business thinking to empower innovation, drive critical missions, and deliver enduring growth and value? At Booz Allen, you'll join a team of experienced professionals motivated to excel and realize values-driven change for our clients, colleagues, and communities. We bring bold thinking to complex challenges across analytics and artificial intelligence, cyber, digital solutions, engineering, and consulting, and with industries ranging from defense to health, energy to international development.

As a member of our Government Contracts Compliance Team and reporting to the Government Contractor Compliance and Competition (GCC) Lead, you'll help propel our forward-thinking and purpose driven GCC team as we advance our clients' missions. You'll anticipate business needs and develop practical solutions with agility and action. You'll establish trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics, and Compliance team to protect and advance the company while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today.

On our team you will serve as a counsel for the Government Contracts and Competition compliance programs. In this role, you will help with maintaining and enhancing the foundational elements of the programs, including policies, processes, training, and monitoring, as well as providing subject matter expertise to support internal investigations and M&A due diligence and integration. You will closely coordinate with sector-aligned government contracts attorneys to leverage business priorities and areas of transactional risk into best-of-breed compliance controls and enhancements. You'll have the opportunity to lead high-visibility, high-impact initiatives and advise the firm's senior leaders and employees firmwide on compliance risks and mitigation measures in your area of expertise. Guided by Booz Allen's purpose and values, together we'll anticipate and proactively prepare for the issues we'll encounter tomorrow.
